The Karlberger enjoys a superb location overlooking Kitzbühel. The dining room is bright and airy and its large windows afford excellent views over the town. With the ski school and Hahnenkamm lift almost on your doorstep the chalet is an excellent choice for those looking to get out on the slopes early.

for 2 people sharing a twin room on chalet board with private shower, wc and separate beds. Triple rooms, rooms with bath and balcony and an apartment sleeping 4 are all available for a supplement. The chalet welcomes children under 12 all season.
Chalet for 29-31: The ground floor has an entrance hall, a lounge/dining room with open fire and magnificent views over the town, and a wc.
On the first floor are two twin rooms (RMS 1 & 8) with washbasin and shared balcony with a shared shower and wc opposite in wc and balcony (RMS 3 & 4), one double room with en suite shower, wc and balcony (RM 5), one double room with en suite bath, wc and balcony (RM 6) and a twin room with en suite bath, wc and separate beds (RM 7).
The second floor has two triple rooms (Austrian twin plus single) with en suite shower, wc and balcony (RMS 9 & 12), two twins with en suite shower, wc and separate beds (RMS 10 & 15) and one single with en suite shower and wc (RM 11).
An apartment sleeping 2-4 is located next to the chalet (separate entrance) consisting of one twin bedroom, living room with table, chairs and two single beds plus en suite bath and wc.
