On the ground floor are three double bedrooms (1,2 & 5) with en suite shower and wc (Room 5 can take a 'foldaway' bed which must be requested at the time of booking). Two double bedrooms (3 & 4) with en suite bath/wc. Washer/dryer and ski storage room. Outdoor jacuzzi hot tub.

An open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, fireplace and cable TV are all located on the first floor. One double bedroom (6) with en suite shower and wc. One twin bedroom (7) with exclusive use of private shower and wc next door with lockable connecting door to double bedroom (8), which has its own access from lounge and private use of bath and wc off lounge. Additional bath and wc off lounge for general use.

On the second floor is a small gallery lounge with cable TV. One double bedroom (9) with private shower and wc, one double bedroom (10) and further small double eaves bedroom (11) with lockable inter-connecting door, sharing adjacent shower and wc, plus each with separate access from landing.
